Functie omschrijving

Als Medewerker Risicospecialist verzekeren ben je de spil tussen de interne organisatie en de klant. Andere belangrijke taken zijn:

Aanspreekpunt (telefonisch/digitaal) voor de klant op het gebied van verzekeringen
Signaleren van markttrends en ontwikkeilingen op het vakgebied verzekeringen
Marktkansen omzetten naar klantkansen
Begeleiden van klanten aan de digitale portal
Inplannen/voorbereiden klantafspraken voor de Risico inventarisatiespeicalist en deze vervolgens uitwerken

Competenties

Klantgericht, inlevend, collegiaal, pro-actief, organisatorisch, betrouwbaar en commicatief vaardig

kan regelen, helpt hem hierin op weg en stimuleert hem om hiervan gebruik te maken.

Functie eisen

Als Medewerker Risicospecialist beschik je over:

HBO werk-en denkvermogen
3-5 jaar werkervaring in verzekeringswerkzaamheden
WFT diploma(s)

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

De functie is parttime voor 25 uur per week. Men kent voor deze functie een marktconforme beloning met passende voorzieningen.
