Functie omschrijving

Jouw taak als productieleider is:

Samen met de groep en de productiemedewerkers te zorgen dat alle bestellingen voor de winkels dagelijks volgens de kwaliteitsnormen worden gemaakt
Geef dagelijks leiding aan 20-30 fte en instrueert nieuwe medewerkers
Daarnaast organiseer, controleer en help je mee in een decentrale unit
Controleren van de geldigheid van recepten, stelt apparatuur en hulpmiddelen af en regelt de uitvoering van onderhoud en reparatiewerkzaamheden
Bewaken van de hygiëne op de afdeling en draagt zorg voor de uitvoering van het kwaliteitscontrolesysteem
Maken van beoordelingsvoorstellen van medewerkers

Functie eisen

Als productieleider beschik je over:

MAS of HBO voedingsmiddelentechnologie
Talent om anderen te motiveren, aan te sturen en te coachen (managementskills)
Interesse in procesverbetering

Aansturende/motiverende persoonlijkheid
Daadkrachtig
Helicopterview
Planmatig en organisator
